To grow profitably and differentiate ourselves in competitive markets, we need solutions that are easy for our customers to understand, buy, and use. They also need to be easy for us to administer.
We need processes that are well designed and streamlined so we don’t waste time and energy on non-value-added activity. There are too few of us and there is too much to do. Our business is complex, but the best of us will see through that complexity and design simplicity into our products and how we transact business. Making things complex is easy, making complex things simple is hard.
