- Conducting a pay equity study with an external consultant as part of larger compensation review
- Engaging a cross-functional Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Team to provide continuous feedback and learning opportunities through activities and events
- Delivering Unconscious Bias training to all employees
- Initiating quarterly Conversation Circles to build the foundation for dialogue
