Mehb Khoja is the Head of Large Claim Solutions of BCS Financial Corporation and leads the Large Claim Solutions portfolio that includes employer stop loss, excess of loss, and gene therapy. He is employer stop loss expert and has experience consulting to employers, insurance carriers, reinsurers, and the pharmaceutical industry. He is well versed in the wide ranging issues impacting carriers, reinsurers, and policyholders. Mehb has been a frequent guest speaker at various industry events, hosts the Firm & Final podcast for BCS, is a volunteer at the Society of Actuaries and a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries.
Craig Irvine has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Craig is currently the Head of Strategic Relationships at BCS Financial Corporation since March 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Vice President of Business Development at 2nd.MD from February 2022 to March 2023. Before that, they held the position of Vice President Sales at Buoy Health from February 2020 to February 2022.

Prior to forming CC Law & Policy, Chris served as Tax and Benefits Counsel to the U.S. Senate Finance Committee. During his time in Congress, Chris participated in the development of portions of the ACA, including the Exchanges, the State insurance market reforms, and all of the taxes enacted under the law.
